The PA Forward Star Library Program was created to give recognition to all libraries incorporating PA Forward and the five key literacies in the services they provide.

The St. Marys Public Library provides service to residents of the City of St. Marys. 
​The Library is a member of the Seneca Library District.

MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of the St. Marys Public Library to provide, equally and impartially to the best of its ability, materials that will meet the informational, educational, cultural, and recreational needs of the residents of the City of St. Marys.
